Use LastClip to grab short Mac moments for X, Reddit, tutorials, product updates, internal notes, or quick before-and-after workflow clips.
LastClip / early access / macOS
LastClip.
Save what just happened on your Mac.
LastClip is a native menu bar recorder for content moments, bugs, demos, and support clips. Keep it buffering, save the last moment, and preserve what just happened without opening a full video editor.
Overview
Built for content, demos, bugs, and support clips.
LastClip is not trying to be a full editor. It is for the moments where something worth sharing just happened: a workflow, a useful trick, a weird bug, a clean demo, or a quick support answer. Save the last clip, reveal it in Finder, and send it where it needs to go.
Keep the recorder in the menu bar and save the recent screen session with one command. V1 focuses on the main display and local movie output.
Clips are saved locally. The app does not upload your screen recording, inspect your files, or require a cloud account to function.
The early-access build is the instant-replay MVP: main-display capture, selectable buffer duration, local clip library, Finder reveal, delete, and clear macOS permission onboarding.
The Mac build is signed and notarized. The Lemon Squeezy product has the DMG attached and license keys enabled, but the store is still under review before public checkout goes live.
