Use terms.

Early-access builds may change while the app is under active development. You are responsible for what you record and share. Do not use LastClip to record content you do not have permission to capture. License keys are for the purchaser and may be limited by activation count.

LastClip is sold as a direct-download Mac app. Lemon Squeezy handles checkout, license issuance, taxes where applicable, receipts, and digital delivery. Screen recordings remain local unless you choose to share them.
