LastClip does not upload screen recordings, sell personal data, or use screen contents for model training. The app uses macOS permissions for screen recording and optional microphone capture. Clips stay local unless you choose to share them.

If you join the LastClip early access list, Modus Bunker stores your email address, selected use case, signup source, and basic request metadata so we can send launch and product availability updates. You can ask to be removed by emailing [email protected].

For paid early access, LastClip may contact Modus Bunker to activate or validate a license. License validation may process your license key, license instance ID, optional checkout email, and a locally generated device identifier. Payment and license issuance are handled through Lemon Squeezy.
