How time is billed
Billed in 15-minute increments against a written estimate. If a job is going to run past its estimate, you hear about it before the hours are spent — not after.

Tests where it matters. Anything touching money or customer data ships with automated tests and a way to shut it off.

06 — Terms
The fine print, in plain English.
Payment. Fixed-price projects: 40% to start, 40% at the midpoint milestone, 20% on delivery. Hourly and support: invoiced every two weeks, due in 14 days. Projects under $1,000 are invoiced on completion.
Changes. New requests are quoted before they're built. Nothing gets added to an invoice you didn't agree to.
Third-party costs (hosting, domains, AI usage, subscriptions, hardware) are paid by you directly and aren't included in these prices. Estimates are provided up front.
Your accounts stay yours. Credentials are entered by you and stored in your own secret manager; ModusBunker doesn't keep them.
Cancellation. Stop any time. You pay for completed milestones or logged hours, and everything delivered so far is yours.
Scope of advice. ModusBunker builds and maintains software and infrastructure. It doesn't provide investment, legal, tax, or accounting advice, and doesn't guarantee financial outcomes.
Rates hold for 90 days from the date of a written quote. Effective September 2026.
