Modus Bunker Terms of Use

Effective April 28, 2026.

Modus Bunker publishes product pages, dispatches, records, support materials, and operational updates for Bunker-built apps and tools.
You may use the public site for lawful personal, informational, and support purposes.
You may not interfere with the site, attempt unauthorized access, scrape at abusive volume, or use the site to violate law or platform rules.

Each Modus Bunker app may have its own support page, privacy policy, terms, App Store listing, platform terms, subscription details, or product-specific notices.
If app-specific terms conflict with these general terms, the app-specific terms control for that app.

Publishing tools may upload, draft, schedule, or publish approved content to third-party social platforms only after an account owner authorizes the relevant platform access.
You are responsible for the accuracy, rights, permissions, captions, disclosures, and platform compliance of content you approve for publication.
Modus Bunker does not guarantee that a third-party platform will accept, publish, distribute, monetize, or preserve any submitted content.

Modus Bunker names, designs, product pages, dispatches, site content, and software materials are owned by their respective owners and protected by applicable law.
You retain rights to content you own, but you grant Modus Bunker the rights needed to process, prepare, host, upload, or publish content you submit or approve through its tools.

Site content and app materials may include technical, operational, home-maintenance, productivity, or business information, but they are provided for informational purposes only.
Modus Bunker content is not legal, medical, financial, engineering, construction, or other licensed professional advice.

The site and tools are provided as available without warranties of uninterrupted service, error-free operation, platform approval, or fitness for a particular purpose.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Modus Bunker is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from use of the site, apps, or publishing integrations.
