These terms explain the website and support surface, and how the app license is handled.
If you download AiHD through Apple, the app license is generally governed by Apple’s standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement unless a custom EULA is provided in App Store Connect for your region.

Use of the website
- This website provides information about AiHD, along with public support and policy links.
- You may use the site only for lawful purposes.
App license
- If you obtain AiHD from the App Store and no custom EULA is provided for your territory, Apple’s standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement applies.
- If a custom EULA is later published in App Store Connect, that custom EULA will govern for the territories where it is applied.
No medical or clinical advice
- AiHD is a planning and productivity app. It is not medical advice, therapy, diagnosis, or emergency support.
Availability
- Features may change over time as the app evolves.
- Some functionality may depend on device capability, OS version, and third-party platform availability.
Subscriptions
- Subscription billing and account-level purchase management are handled by Apple through the App Store.
- Refunds, cancellations, and billing issues are subject to Apple’s systems and policies.
