These are the practical paths most people need first: permissions, purchases, restores, and basic device compatibility.
Permissions
- Voice capture requires microphone permission.
- If you previously denied microphone access, open iOS Settings, find AiHD, and enable Microphone.
- Notifications require notification permission to send reminders.
Subscriptions and restores
- If you already subscribed on this Apple ID, use the in-app restore purchases flow.
- Promotional offer or redemption issues should be reported with the exact message shown on screen.
- Apple manages billing, payment methods, refunds, and subscription cancellation.
Compatibility
- Some features may depend on device capabilities, OS version, or on-device model availability.
- If a feature is unavailable, include your device model and iOS version in the support email.
Accessibility
- AiHD is being built with VoiceOver compatibility in mind.
- Accessibility feedback is welcome and should be reported directly so it can be prioritized quickly.
